When I was first introduced to the EVEREO® I was blown away: I was faced with a technology that was going to revolutionize the production cycles that the catering world has traditionally used: "cook, chill, regenerate".
My fear was that the absence of the blast chilling phase would lead to an alteration in the organoleptic qualities of the products, but I need not have worried.  

We are convinced that it is always important to experiment, innovate and think “outside of the box”.
